Since the beginning of 2023, Plenum Communications GmbH has expanded its portfolio to include comprehensive BIM (Building Information Modeling) services. With this addition, we now offer a complete coverage of all aspects of architecture. BIM allows us to create precise digital models of buildings that support every phase of the construction process – from planning and design to execution and management.

Our new BIM services include detailed 3D visualizations, collaborative planning tools, and efficient data management. By integrating BIM into our offerings, we ensure that our clients benefit from optimized planning, improved coordination, and reduced construction costs. This expansion highlights our commitment to providing innovative solutions in architecture and meeting all current industry demands.

In September 2020, we developed high end visualizations of a compact new building in the well-known and popular Berlin Lichtenberg Weitlingkiez quarter. The completion of the new building is planned for the beginning of 2022. An attractive room concept includes a living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, which will attract students, singles or young couples. The ground floor offers future residents a private, small garden with a terrace and a view towards a green inner courtyard.

In May 2020 we developed interior visualizations and interior ideas for the attractive residential buildings in Wallach in the city of Rheinberg in North Rhine-Westphalia. The clinker cladding of its facade is typical of the time it was built.

Plenum supported the leading real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle in marketing of an well-known office building in Stuttgart (North), which was already offered in 2011. In addition to the development of facades and explosion graphics for marketing, the processing and new development of high-quality floor plans of the property were the focus of our work.
